As this is a digital product with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds once the eBook has been downloaded.

Payment issues

If a payment was deducted but you did not reach the Thank You / download page, please contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly — either by sharing your download link directly or arranging a refund through Razorpay.
